Can I order swatches before I purchase?
Yes, we would be delighted to send you swatches. Get in touch with us and let us know which fabrics or leathers you would like swatches of and where we should send them. Please note, swatches will be sent directly from our vendors and will arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer samples of wood or rugs.
What financing options do you offer?
Financing options are offered in-store only. Please visit us at one of our locations or call us at (479) 657-6211 to learn more about financing options.
What is your shipping policy?
Standard shipping charges are based on the total value of merchandise shipped to each address. We only offer Standard Shipping to the continental United States at this time.
Shipping is calculated as 10% of your merchandise total up to $5,000. Shipping is free for orders over $5,000.
Items ordered at the same time may not arrive in the same shipment. Additional delivery charges may apply to items that are too large or bulky to be accommodated by our standard shipping charges.
What delivery options do you offer?
1. Front Door Delivery
Our default delivery service. We deliver to your front door, curbside, garage, or lobby within a 4-hour delivery window. In-stock furniture will be delivered in approximately 2 to 3 weeks. You will be responsible for unpacking, debris removal, and any assembly.
2. White Glove Delivery
For an additional fee of $100 per order, we deliver and assemble your furniture in your room of choice. We also remove any packaging as an additional courtesy. Please request to keep all of the packaging if there is a possibility for a return with the eligible item. In-stock furniture will be delivered in approximately 3 to 4 weeks.

3. Local Delivery
We charge $125 per trip for local delivery of unlimited furniture items within a 40 mile radius of a HOWSE store. This includes light assembly in the room of your choice. Additional charges may apply for exceptionally large items or room placement above the 2nd floor. As an additional courtesy, we remove all packaging. Please request to keep all of the packaging if there is a possibility for a return with the eligible item.
Unfortunately, on occasion, furniture may become damaged in transit. Upon delivery, please inspect your shipment before the driver leaves. If you suspect damage, open the box and examine your purchase. If you find damage, please have the driver make a note in their freight bill, describing the nature of the damage in detail. Document any damages by taking photos of the damaged box and merchandise.

The customer is responsible for determining if merchandise can be delivered to its final destination. Please measure any corridors, doorways, elevators, turning radius, etc. that may prove prohibitive during the delivery process. If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, a separate re-delivery charge may be incurred. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with returns.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your HOWSE purchase. However, you may return items that meet the necessary criteria provided below. Refunds will be credited to the card used at purchase. Purchases made by cash or check will be refunded my corporate check and mailed.
Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and any shipping costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer. All returned merchandise must be in “like new” condition and returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required and return authorization must be obtained prior to return of shipment. Once an item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. If you do decide to cancel your order after it has been shipped, the HOWSE standard return policy will apply. Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery. All merchandise must be in new, unused, and unassembled condition with all the original packing material included.
No Returns or Exchanges
Custom upholstery, fabric swatches, clearance or sale items, or delivery and installation fees cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers have 24 hours from the order date to cancel the order. Thereafter, cancellations will not be accepted.

Please reference your original order number when requesting a return authorization. If the item(s) meet the above criteria, we will provide a return address. If the item is especially large, it will most likely require HOWSE to schedule a return pickup via a specialized furniture shipping company. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, we will issue your refund within 2-3 business days.

Can I cancel an order?
Yes, the order can be cancelled prior to shipping at no charge. We will issue a full refund. If you decide to cancel your order after it has left our warehouse, we will issue a refund, less our shipping fee.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). U.S. customers are able to arrange financing for their purchase with our financing partner, Synchrony Bank. Please contact an associates for more information.
Do you charge sales tax?
We collect sales tax where we are required by law. In the U.S., this is states in which we have stores. Currently, we have store locations in the state of Arkansas and Oklahoma.

thehowse.com does not take title to returned items until such time as the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return, in this situation, thehowse.com does not take title to the refunded item.
